How should I prepare for interview?

How should I prepare for interview?
Interview
Interview is very crucial stage in recruitment process. There aren't any special tricks to preparing for interviews, but interviewers
can usually tell easily if an applicant is genuine or not. On the other hand, there are some things you can do which will make you feel more confident.
1. Know what to expect
It is very important for participants to have an overview of what exactly the interviewer is expecting from you, interviewee should have detailed information about company profile and thorough understanding of Job description.
2. Obvious questions
Think about the obvious questions that might be asked and how you would answer them – such as why you want join this firm? Why you've chosen this particular job profile?
3. Know what your resume says
Re-read your resume, and make sure that you have deep understanding of everything in your resume, think about how you might expand on what you wrote if asked. Also go through by all the projects or assignments you have mentioned and be prepared to answer questions on the information you provided.
4. Read around your subject
Think about particular topics you’d like to talk about – you can to some extent direct the interview by showing interest in specific topics that you’re asked about. This way you can drive your interview by yourself. They might ask you about current affairs and developments related to your chosen topic, so make sure that you are updated with all the latest information about that topic.
5. Practice talking about your subject
Practice talking and answering questions about your topic and wider interests with your friend and family. Practice best possible answers for obvious questions. This will help you to get used to talking about yourself and your work and thinking critically about things. However, please note that you’re not expected to have ready-prepared answers – over-rehearsed answers can be counter-productive
6. Any questions?
At the end of the interview, you’ll probably have a chance to ask any questions, so, if there’s something you want to know that hasn't been covered, now’s your chance to find out. However, don’t worry if you can’t think of anything – you don’t need to ask something just for the sake of it. In fact, it can give a bad impression if you ask a question that’s easily answered by reading the Prospectus or looking online.
7. And finally
Probably the most important tips are to be on time, be as relaxed as possible, and, above all, be yourself!
